Delivery Charges - Complimentary UK Postage

Delivery of orders within the UK is complimentary for orders over £50.00. For orders under £50.00 postage is charged at £4.75. Your jewellery will usually be sent to you by the following method: Items up to £20 (excluding postage) are sent via standard 1st Class, over £20 (excluding postage) by 1st Class 'Signed for' delivery and over £50 by Tracked 48hr. Express delivery is an option using Tracked 24hr. If an alternative service is required please contact me to discuss.

I am only posting to UK addresses at the moment.

Shipping costs to countries outside of the UK (when available) will be charged to you at cost and you will receive a separate Paypal invoice for this charge which is to be paid prior to shipping.  Please contact me if you wish to know the cost in advance.

Delivery Times

My aim is to despatch to you within 3 working days of purchase.

If you need an order by a specific date then please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

If for any reason a delay is anticipated I will contact you by the contact method you provide with your order.

I take special care to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely, and in a timely manner.

However, PLEASE NOTE: Particularly over holiday periods I can not be held responsible for any delay in receipt of your jewellery once I have posted it.

I really want you to have your jewellery as soon as possible so please ensure that the delivery details you provide with your order are accurate as I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided.

Made to Order items - are generally dispatched within 5-10 working days. However, this is dependent on material availability and need to hallmark etc. A more accurate dispatch time will be given to you via the contact method you provide in our communication regarding the individual order.

You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order through email. If you need an order by a specific date then please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

Bespoke items - I will give you an estimated delivery time for bespoke orders once the final design has been agreed.

Please contact me if you require more information or have any other queries.

Wrapping

All of your jewellery will be beautifully packaged, as shown on each individual product page.

I aim to recycle outer packaging wherever possible. Your jewellery may therefore arrive in recycled outer protective packaging. Inside, however, your jewellery will be beautifully wrapped, as shown on each individual product page.

I am only posting to UK addresses at the moment.

I'm not taking 'made to order' commissions just now but there are lots of goodies listed in the Jewellery by Linda online shop.

If you're buying a gift just let me know to whom you would like it sent with their full address in the notes section of the check out. Every piece will be beautifully gift wrapped and I can include a handwritten note with your personal message too.

Hallmarking

All of the jewellery on the website has been designed and created by me. Where indicated on the product page the pieces are hallmarked by the Sheffield Assay Office, as shown in the slideshow on the 'Home' page and can be seen here. For earrings, the hallmark, where applicable, may be provided on one earring of each pair.

Bespoke/Custom Orders

I am unable to take bespoke/custom orders at the moment.

For future orders of bespoke/custom jewellery please contact me to discuss your requirements and agree details. Bespoke/custom jewellery is subject to a deposit the amount of which will be agreed during our initial contact or shortly thereafter, and which will be non-refundable. Payment of the balance will be required prior to me shipping your jewellery.

Where full payment for bespoke/custom items is not received within 5 working days of sending you confirmation that the jewellery is ready for despatch, I will be entitled to assume that the order is cancelled. In such case, I will retain the deposit to cover my costs, including materials. Where non-payment of the full amount is due to particular circumstances then, wholly at my discretion, I may keep the item until such time as you are ready to finalise payment.

For bespoke/custom orders you will be able to cancel your order, by emailing me, up to the point when the deposit is paid; once the deposit is paid and I have confirmed receipt of the deposit we will be in agreement that I have begun the design/creation process. If you do decide to cancel after I have begun the design/creation process then the initial deposit is non-refundable.

International Orders (non-UK Orders)

Please note: I am only posting to UK addresses at the moment.

When applicable, if you wish to order from outside of the UK please contact me before you place your order for details of shipping costs, for your acceptance. You will also be responsible for paying the relevant authorities directly yourself for all taxes, import duties, levies, and all other costs relative to the country to which the jewellery is shipped, all of which are in addition to my invoice to you.
